A few weeks ago, I shared a Vlog on my LinkedIn profile about why it’s important to “unlearn the hustle” as a CEO or other business leader, based on a conversation with a friend in business and CEO of Beer Nuts, Andy Shirk. 

For too long, the narrative around success, especially for CEOs, Presidents, and visionaries, has been one of constant motion. Being everywhere, doing everything, and directly managing every detail. 

The thing is, this approach is not sustainable! It’s not even necessary.
